After moving to Bielefeld I was looking for a new vet and Dr Segebert was highly recommended. She did not disappoint! She has been wonderful during every visit and really cares about my pet. I never have to wait long for an appointment and I know my cat is in good hands

By far the most competent and welcoming veterinary practice we've ever been to – and we've been to quite a few. Despite the 45-minute drive, we gladly make the trip every time because we feel more comfortable and well cared for here than anywhere else. They take their time with each patient, they take you seriously, and everything is explained clearly and understandably. You can simply tell how much passion and expertise they put into it. Our dog is always so excited as soon as he jumps out of the car and realizes where we are – and I think that says it all. 🤍 Absolutely heartfelt recommendation!
We are thrilled with the vet. You can tell she loves animals. She takes plenty of time for both people and animals. Our Teddy is always happy when we have to go to the vet. All in all, a fantastic veterinary practice with very friendly staff, and especially the vet herself. I highly recommend her. A full 10 points from us (even though 5 is the highest rating).
