Really like this Vet, he speaks English and you get the feeling he really cares. Was disappointed with the staff as they were asked to send on X-ray images as we were leaving the country and needed them to make comparisons and they never materialised although promised.

For me and all my animals, I first went to Dr. Schilling and now Teuto Vets. As a long-time, satisfied customer, they are my first choice when it comes to veterinary visits. They are always friendly and helpful, and they can find a solution on-site for almost any problem. If they can't, they quickly direct you to where you can get further assistance. My animals and I are completely satisfied. That's why I give them 5 stars.

We took our very sick guinea pig, Nacho, to TeutoVets after other veterinarians had already given up on him. It was our first time there – and we can honestly say: it was the best decision. We were treated by Ms. Weiß and were absolutely thrilled from the start. She is incredibly friendly, empathetic, and honest. She took her time, really listened to us, and, most importantly, put us completely at ease. What was especially great was that we could ask every question we had – without any time pressure or feeling like we were asking "too much." Everything was explained clearly and patiently. She also responded incredibly quickly to our phone calls. We are so grateful that they fight for even the smallest patients here. We wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Weiß and the entire TeutoVets team for their wonderful care. 🐹💚
