The ladies are always so nice and helpful. They are also super patient with my German language skills. I have 2 rabbits. Payment is with EC card (German debit card)

A super nice doctor. She's very dedicated, and we were able to build a strong sense of trust right away. Our elderly lady, Leika, has kidney disease; she developed a severe gastrointestinal infection on the holiday. Things weren't looking good for Leika. After a week of treatment with Dr. Döring, she's now back on her feet. Thank you again. Best regards.

Our giant baby is quite afraid of the vet. Dr. Döring always takes plenty of time and creates a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere without any rush, making the visit as stress-free as possible for him. Appointments are very well managed, and there are hardly any waiting times. I can highly recommend her!

We had to take our 13-year-old female cat to the vet's office for an emergency appointment over the weekend. Having arranged it by phone beforehand, we were able to go straight there. We received a very friendly welcome, the diagnosis was thorough, and the treatment was discussed and carried out. We are very satisfied and can highly recommend both the well-equipped practice and Ms. Döring.

I couldn't wish for a better vet for my dog. Not just Ms. Döring, but the entire team radiates so much calm, friendliness, and helpfulness. I've never had the feeling that things had to be rushed, that it was all about the money (which, unfortunately, is often my impression elsewhere), and that they always had to act immediately. Ms. Döring always sees the big picture, puts you at ease, answers questions even a hundred times over, and is also available and helpful in emergencies (e.g., a call back on a Sunday because I was going crazy with worry about an incident – ​​definitely not something I take for granted, but something I'm incredibly grateful for).
