I couldn't wish for a better vet for my dog. Not only Ms. Döring, but the entire team exudes so much calm, friendliness, and helpfulness. I've never felt like things had to be rushed, that it was all about money (which is unfortunately often my impression elsewhere), and that you always have to act immediately. Ms. Döring always sees the bigger picture, allays any fears, answers questions 100 times, and is available and helpful even in emergencies (e.g., calling me back on a Sunday because I was worried sick about an incident – ​​definitely not something I take for granted, but take with great gratitude). We are truly grateful to have this practice. 🤍

A very good doctor. She takes her time and is loving towards animals. You can even bill her for surgery through your insurance. Results from tests are quick and sent immediately via email, possibly to the veterinary clinic where the patient is referred.

I was more than satisfied. My cat, who gets stressed from car rides, has never been treated so gently. He was petted during the examination. She is very thorough, and afterwards, my Sam was even given a bath. He always poops in his carrier during car rides. That was a completely new experience for me. Because appointments are made, there's no waiting time. In emergencies, she also makes house calls. I'm thrilled and have finally found my veterinary practice.

We had to take our 13-year-old female cat to the vet's office for an emergency appointment over the weekend. Having arranged it by phone beforehand, we were able to go straight there. We received a very friendly welcome, the diagnosis was thorough, and the treatment was discussed and carried out.
