A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Mattick and Ms. Schirrmann! After finding a tiny shrew today, I received immediate and completely uncomplicated help. Both were incredibly friendly, competent, and dedicated. It was immediately clear that the well-being of animals is truly important to them. The little mouse is now in good hands, and I am very grateful for the quick and loving support. You don't find this much heart, expertise, and helpfulness everywhere. Highly recommended! ❤️🐭

A truly awful veterinary practice, I'd give it zero stars if I could. In February, I took my French Bulldog there for an ear infection. They did some lab work, but I still haven't seen the results. At the next checkup, they said "everything's great." Hmm, if everything was great, how could it be that in March we found out (from another vet) that our dog had cancer... but according to the results, "everything's great." Sadly, our dog passed away. And the best part is, we still have an outstanding bill from February for a follow-up appointment where absolutely nothing was done. The vet looked at the dog for five minutes after we waited an hour for our appointment. The vet's explanation was, "We had an emergency." Right, an emergency, but she was standing at reception, laughing and chatting with the trainees. And now we're supposed to pay for something that wasn't done... This practice is a joke. Go anywhere but there if you want to do something good for your animals.

I've been taking my rabbits to the veterinary practice at Stadtweiher for almost three years now and I'm more than satisfied. I can't understand the few negative comments at all. Whenever there's a problem, if my rabbits aren't feeling well, or anything else, we get help immediately. Whether it's scheduling an appointment, receiving a call back, or picking up medication, I've never had a bad experience there. Fears and concerns are always taken seriously, the team and the vets are all incredibly kind and take excellent care of the rabbits and, I'm sure, all the other animals as well. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice to everyone.

We've been going to this practice for four years. We have no complaints about the vets. They were always kind and caring. However, the reception staff recently changed. Unfortunately, it hasn't helped. It's impossible to get an appointment anymore, even for urgent cases. On the phone, we were repeatedly made to feel like we were bothering the very busy staff with our calls. Lately, the phone calls have been so unfriendly that we've had to switch practices. Treatments aren't cheap these days. At these prices, we don't want to put our pet or ourselves through that. We won't be coming back.
