About two weeks ago, I left a message on the answering machine of the Prenntzell veterinary practice, including my phone number. My dog ​​was in urgent need of care, and the practice had been recommended to me. To date, I haven't received any response, neither a cancellation nor anything else. This is very disappointing and, in my opinion, quite incompetent, as they could surely provide a brief answer about available appointments or who else I could contact. It's disheartening, and I will unfortunately not be recommending this practice to others. I hope they change their approach for future patients.
