Unfortunately, I can only give one star because the vet almost poisoned my cat by giving me something for my dog, saying it would be fine, and then I read online that it causes organ damage in cats. Furthermore, the prices are unjustifiable, ridiculously expensive.

I've been a patient at the veterinary clinic for several years now and have known it practically since its inception. I'm very satisfied with the services, treatments, and overall service. However, I've noticed that things have changed quite a bit since VHB GmbH took over the clinic. You realize a large corporation is now in charge, especially when paying for treatments and medications. Compared to before, everything has become disproportionately expensive, even taking inflation into account! Furthermore, for even a "minor symptom," all possible treatments are performed, and as a patient, you naturally accept this in the moment of surprise. This particularly annoys me! And of course, the insurance company then bills accordingly. Dear veterinary clinic team, please stay on the side of the animals and help your patients! It seems to me that profit has become the primary focus. Please stop. When the clinic was privately owned, things were very different!
