My dog ​​was suffering from severe pyometra (uterine infection), a life-threatening condition, and I was in a state of pure fear and utter despair. An on-call emergency veterinarian had previously turned us away, even though my dog ​​desperately needed help. I felt powerless and didn't know where to turn. But Dr. Lange and her wonderful team took us in without hesitation. They cared for us immediately, even though it was a Sunday, a day she should have been spending with her family. This is anything but a given. With so much heart, expertise, and calm, Dr. Lange eased my fear. She didn't just treat my dog; she saved us both. I will never forget the care, professionalism, and incredibly loving way my dog ​​was looked after there. You can feel in every single moment that this isn't just "a job" being done here; these are people who have their hearts in the right place and truly love animals. Thanks to this team, my dog ​​was able to live on. Words fail me, except for a huge, sincere, heartfelt THANK YOU. Dr. Lange, you will always be the one who gave my sweet girl a second chance. All the staff there are simply wonderful: incredibly friendly, they take plenty of time for questions and are always available. My little dog and I actually live in Berlin, but for his first surgery, I knew immediately that I absolutely wanted it to be performed by one of the veterinarians here. I felt very comfortable and well cared for from the very beginning – and my dog ​​was treated with such loving care. Everything was explained to me clearly, and I could ask any questions I had at any time. The practice is also extremely clean and very well-equipped (including an X-ray machine and more).
