Very kind and compassionate. Unfortunately, nothing more could be done for our cat, but he was put to sleep with respect and much love. I also received comforting advice and tips on how to proceed with my children and our other cat, so they could cope with the loss.

The practice was recommended to me, and I've already visited twice, and I'm absolutely satisfied. The nurse is very friendly and competent, as is Mr. Kahlisch himself. I waited about an hour with my cat—which is perfectly fine, as the animals are examined and treated really thoroughly and with the best of intentions. I will stay here in the future; it couldn't be better!
A great practice with very friendly staff. You do have to be a bit patient for the wait, but the price-performance ratio is good.
