We love this place and our dog, too. The staff is professional, helpful, and friendly.

We (unfortunately) have to take our cat to the vet every now and then, but at least we're in excellent hands there. Making appointments and accessing all the pet's information is easy via the app, and we've always been able to reach someone friendly by phone quickly too. ☺️ There's hardly any waiting time at the vet, everyone is friendly and very empathetic when both pet and owner are at their wits' end, and the pricing is very transparent. For larger procedures, they explain in great detail what will be done and what to expect. Thank you for your work!

We take our two dogs, Yara and Marly, to Dr. Theile and couldn't wish for a better veterinarian. From the very beginning, we felt incredibly well cared for. Dr. Theile always takes plenty of time, explains everything clearly, and treats both the animals and us as their owners with great empathy, calm, and expertise. We especially appreciate how lovingly and patiently she interacts with Yara and Marly – even in stressful situations, she manages to maintain a relaxed atmosphere. You can immediately tell that she possesses not only extensive knowledge but also a genuine passion for animals. Diagnoses are made carefully, and treatment options are discussed transparently, so you always feel confident. I've always had good experiences. They treat my animals and their owners in a friendly manner. There's no pushy pressure for examinations or medications. The appointment system is good. I've only had to wait longer once, due to an emergency surgery.
