A very friendly and helpful team. Whether it was an emergency or a routine appointment, we always received prompt and competent service. Since my dog is very anxious, they took plenty of time for the examination, and everyone was extremely understanding. I highly recommend this veterinary practice.

Quote from another review: "I am very disappointed with the Wilhelmshof veterinary practice and absolutely cannot understand the many positive reviews. For me, it was a very negative experience." I completely agree. My dog had been suffering from incontinence for several months. After the third ultrasound, a bladder stone, almost the size of a chicken egg in a medium to small dog, was found and surgically removed for a hefty fee of €1,000. We then requested a meeting to discuss how, due to the inadequate services provided during the first two ultrasounds, which had resulted in several months of incontinence at home without any medical explanation, we would be asked to waive the fee for these ultrasounds as a matter of goodwill and a sign of responsibility. The meeting was announced and promised, but never took place. Despite several attempts to call back, we were brushed off. No one seemed to feel responsible, and we were repeatedly promised that someone in charge would get back to us. The Wilhelmshof veterinary practice never followed through on any of these promises. We requested a meeting to discuss the matter and discuss how, as a matter of goodwill and taking responsibility, the veterinarian would waive the fee for the first two ultrasounds. Instead, I first received a payment reminder, followed by a threatening letter from their lawyer demanding the full amount for the inadequate treatment, plus late fees and legal costs. Throughout this entire ordeal, no one at the practice seemed to take responsibility, and they repeatedly promised a callback from someone in charge. Anyone who voluntarily goes there should know that this practice doesn't adhere to even the most basic standards of human interaction, and that there are alternatives nearby that don't fall short on fundamental issues and don't rip off their customers.

A beautifully situated veterinary practice with very friendly staff and highly competent veterinarians. I feel very comfortable entrusting my cats to this practice. I also feel that my cats are in good hands and receive excellent care. The price-performance ratio is outstanding. My opinion and experience with this veterinary practice is excellent, and I can recommend it without hesitation.

I am absolutely thrilled with this veterinary practice. Two days before Christmas Eve, I called at 8:30 a.m. and was able to bring my dog in just an hour later. Despite the large number of patients and one vet being unavailable, the wait was extremely short, barely 10 minutes. The entire team was very friendly and welcoming. The vet himself was exceptionally competent, calm, and gentle with our dog. We immediately felt well cared for; the treatment was very sensitive, and we knew right away what was wrong with our dog. We received the medication immediately, so we can now look forward to the holidays with peace of mind. Thank you so much for the prompt assistance and excellent care. I am happy to give five stars and wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

We've been taking our dog Ilou to this practice for about two years now and are so grateful to have found such a wonderful veterinarian and practice. Check-ups, surgeries, and treatments are all extremely reliable. Dr. Eisler is so understanding, explains everything clearly, and takes her time with you. She treats Ilou with great care, so both we and our dog feel completely at ease. The reception team is always friendly, even when it's very busy.
