We are incredibly happy with Ms. Thelen. We've already been to her practice twice. Finally, we have a rabbit-savvy veterinarian in our area. Ms. Thelen is incredibly sensitive and empathetic. We felt comfortable right away. After we explained our problem, she was already perfectly prepared when we arrived. Thank you for taking such good care of our Stups, even on Christmas Eve! 🥲❤️

We visited for the first time on April 24, 2026. What a fantastic practice and such a great team! Competent and friendly. They take their time! 12/10! Our pet felt comfortable within minutes thanks to the calm manner of the vet and the nurse... that's how a veterinary practice should be.

We needed emergency veterinary care on Sunday evening because our dog was unwell. This was our first time at the practice. Dr. Thelen welcomed us with great empathy. She was highly competent and caring, took plenty of time, and explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Thelen was very honest and euthanized our dog, as she had no chance of survival. Even then, she gave us the time to say goodbye to Merle without any pressure, and this was just before midnight. We were very pleasantly surprised by the practice and Dr. Thelen and are seriously considering going there again if our dog needs help, despite the long drive. A heartfelt thank you for her loving and, above all, honest approach and for euthanizing our Merle, even though it still hurts to let my beloved dog go. Thank you for everything. 🙏
