Yes, very friendly and helpful. If you have any questions, they explain things very well. I'm there now with Angel. I personally think it's great that they're so accommodating to Angel. Because she's very scared and can only be treated with a muzzle. The vet isn't afraid of Angel. And I really have to say that.
