They saved our Cat around 2 am, we were so scared. They did an amazing job helping our mental and the Cat!!!!
We take our two dogs there for treatment. Today, our oldest dog had several teeth removed in an operation due to his age. He's doing well. I want to sincerely thank the team for the excellent care they provided. We feel our dogs are in the best hands at all times and can highly recommend this practice.
My cat Findus received 10 laser therapy sessions there for chronic pain, and he's currently completely pain-free. He's jumping and playing like he used to, and you can see that he's also built up new muscle. I can definitely recommend it. I never expected such a good result! Findus and I say thank you! ❣️
We felt very well cared for at this veterinary practice with our Persian cat, Heidi. From the very first moment, we felt safe, competent, and genuinely cared for. We especially appreciated that different treatment approaches were openly discussed and tried out together with us – always with our cat's well-being in mind. What will stay with us most vividly, however, is the day we had to say goodbye to Heidi. During this difficult time, the entire team supported us with incredible empathy. We were comforted, taken seriously, and given exactly the time we needed to say goodbye in peace. Everything was handled with great dignity and respect – for which we are truly grateful. A practice with great humanity, empathy, and professional expertise. Highly recommended.
After almost 14 years with our beloved dog, we had to say goodbye to him last year; an already extremely difficult time, made even more distressing by the behavior of this veterinary practice. Even at the emergency appointment, we were greeted rudely by a staff member, despite our dog having a high fever. In retrospect, I should have immediately sought a competent second opinion instead of blindly trusting them. The subsequent bill included charges for services that were never provided; these were only corrected after a written complaint. Most seriously, the promised veterinary certificate of euthanasia took six weeks to arrive. When it finally did, it was a damaged, torn postcard, clearly visible to anyone, with our dog's name and my own misspelled. Sending such sensitive information on a postcard is not only disrespectful but also highly questionable from a data protection perspective. Only after another strongly worded letter of complaint did we receive a proper certificate, but without any feedback, explanation, or apology. Empathy, professionalism, and care in dealing with grieving pet owners: completely absent. I cannot recommend this practice; even one star is too much.
