I've been taking my dogs there for 10 years. Whether it's knee surgery, neutering, or vaccinations, I always receive excellent advice and care, whether by phone or in person. Even for a simple vaccination, they take their time and perform a thorough checkup. The owner is always approachable, and the animals can fall asleep under anesthesia with their owners present and wake up again if desired. I would recommend this practice without hesitation and wouldn't go anywhere else.

The entire team is incredibly friendly and empathetic, and they take plenty of time for every treatment and all questions. You feel well cared for and taken seriously from the very first moment. I was particularly impressed by the loving way my pet was treated and the calm, competent manner of the veterinarian, Dr. Mamoon. Everything is explained clearly and without any time pressure, and you can immediately tell that they work with genuine passion. I was looking for a vet who had a CT scanner and found Dr. Lohbeck and his team. My dog ​​Bella suddenly went into pain, and my regular vet couldn't find anything wrong. So I made an appointment with Dr. Lohbeck to get a second opinion and have a CT scan done. I blame myself for not acting "sooner," but when you don't know... Dr. Lohbeck discovered two tumors in Bella's spine. It's a terrible diagnosis, and I knew it immediately when I saw the images. He didn't even have to say anything, but I'm so grateful that I finally had certainty about what was wrong with my loyal hunting companion. I had her put to sleep right there, and that was the right decision. I really appreciate Dr. Lohbeck's calm demeanor! He doesn't sugarcoat anything, and that's right and important! No animal in the world should suffer unnecessarily. Dr. Lohbeck found two tumors in Bella's spine. It's a terrible diagnosis, and I knew it immediately when I saw the images. Everything went so peacefully, and my Bella was so calm and somehow grateful in that moment. I truly appreciate it. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Thorsten Lohbeck and his entire team. Our little Pomeranian, Bonnie, needed leg surgery, and we were naturally very worried. From the initial consultation to the follow-up care, we always felt we were in excellent hands and truly understood. Dr. Lohbeck took plenty of time to explain everything thoroughly and clearly. The surgery was a success, and thanks to the outstanding medical care and the loving attention of the entire team, Bonnie made a full recovery within two months. If I could give more stars, I would immediately! ⭐️❗️❗️❗️ Dr. Lohbeck has already operated on my dog ​​twice (cruciate ligament and meniscus) and I have to say, I'm more than satisfied! He provides excellent consultations and takes the time to answer questions (even the silly ones) and truly caters to each individual patient and animal. Not only is Dr. Lohbeck fantastic, but so are the staff—incredibly kind and they take excellent care of the animal. We felt comfortable there and in the best hands. 👍🏼 The aftercare was also flawless.
