Absolutely not recommended! This has nothing to do with animal love! Our dog suddenly became ill one Wednesday evening. At first, we thought she was going to vomit, but she wasn't. She couldn't stand, collapsed, and was shaking. It "only" lasted 10-15 seconds, but we were very scared because she'd never experienced anything like this before (she's 13 years old). So we googled it right away, and of course, all the vets in the area were closed. Except for the one in Neunkirchen... of course, we called immediately and briefly explained the problem. It was 6:50 p.m. (they close at 7 p.m.). We didn't even say we wanted to come by. We wanted some advice first! The woman on the phone was very unfriendly and had zero interest in the dog (we were shocked!), instead asking where we lived and which vet we usually go to. Her response was, "Hmm, well, I'll be out of here in 5 minutes, and it'll probably take you longer to get here." It was as if she wanted to punish us (and our dog) for going to a different vet. What's the point of that? And were we here on vacation from Dresden or somewhere else and needed to go to the vet unexpectedly? I seriously wonder why this woman does this job? She showed zero concern or even thought about what was wrong with the dog. How heartless can you be? But don't worry, we'll never call again.

Many thanks to the entire team and the veterinarian! Our little hamster received truly wonderful care. First at the emergency clinic and then the next morning with an appointment. We are so happy that you do such a great job!
