Because of the good reviews, we traveled from the Fürth area to this practice and didn't regret the longer drive! First of all, I was thrilled that we, as "emergency new patients," were able to get an appointment quickly after two other vets in our area turned us down. Thank you! We came because of a dental problem that our vet unfortunately hadn't diagnosed. That's why I wanted to go directly to a practice specializing in dentistry. The practice is very easy to reach by phone, which is a huge plus for me! I've had some very different experiences with phone numbers in the past. The practice is beautifully furnished. The staff are extremely friendly, patient, and caring with the patients! I was quite apprehensive when I learned about the extent of the upcoming dental surgery. But I received excellent advice and information, which made me feel that Bruno was in good hands. The dentist takes plenty of time to answer questions and explains everything thoroughly. Bruno came through the major procedure, the four-hour dental surgery, well and received excellent care. We received a nicely packaged carrier bag to take home, containing Bruno's dental record and the aftercare medication. All the medications were labeled with instructions for use, so we'd remember them at home. We're now hoping for a smooth recovery. The aftercare is also being handled by the practice, which I think is great! I also really appreciate the opening hours! Especially for me as a dog owner who lives out of town. From now on, we'll come back once a year for a professional cleaning of his remaining teeth! Thank you for the excellent care and professional treatment!
