It's not like my dog loves to go to the vet but the doctors and nurses in this praxis make it such a smoother experience

Dr. Sommer and her team always take excellent care of my two little girls. She took them in as an emergency case when no other vet in the area was willing or able to examine them. They've since been spayed/neutered, vaccinated several times, and microchipped here. I've always been kept well-informed and given clear instructions.

We've already taken our dog to Dr. Herold twice on a Saturday for an "emergency" appointment – ​​and we're absolutely thrilled! She's a super competent veterinarian who really knows her stuff. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and makes you, as a pet owner, feel completely at ease. We feel incredibly well cared for by her and her team. The practice is truly more than recommendable! 🐾💙

Speechless... I needed something for my cat because the clinic is located outside of Erlangen, so I asked if I could get a maximum of 3ml as a temporary measure. There's no reception; you're basically right there in the waiting room among the other patients. The stress level for animals is off the charts, with the doorbell, reception, and treatment rooms on either side. Since I had to catch a bus at short notice, I arrived there breathless and only had 20 minutes before my return trip. Even though everything had been arranged beforehand, I still had to fill out a registration form... for what? To get my information? But okay, I'll do anything for 3ml... then there was a 10-minute wait. And then the woman wanted to give me the whole bottle. No thanks. I can get it for just under €40 at ...pets for half the price, and at my local vet clinic, it's a few euros more, but the treatment is much better. When I refused, I was given a sweet, gentle smile... and told... well, never mind then. In conclusion... the negative reviews on J... regarding the way customers are treated can be confirmed. Nothing can or will be said about the treatment of animals. I took the train to the clinic... I'd rather pay more for the bus and train than spend my money there. To each their own, but that's my experience, and it was a kind of test to see if I could entrust my precious pets to someone there... certainly not my Persians.

I am thrilled with the professional and competent advice and care. Despite the difficult situation with my cat, the veterinarian went out of her way to help me. My cat was treated very gently by the staff! The appointment was scheduled very quickly, although I did have to wait a little while in the waiting room, but it was quite busy. However, we received excellent care. There is also parking available in front of the practice.
