The veterinarian who euthanized our cat was very kind and compassionate, and we would like to express our sincere gratitude for that! That's why we were so shocked by the bill afterward: We were charged over €400 for approximately 20 minutes of travel time and 20 minutes of treatment. Unfortunately, no one informed us about this beforehand. In a situation that was already emotionally very stressful, we would have appreciated more transparency. It left a very bitter taste in our mouths.

We've been taking our animals to this veterinary practice for many years and have always been very satisfied. The entire team is competent, friendly, and takes their time with both animals and their owners. Even recently, our 16-year-old dog, who was bitten by another dog, received prompt and excellent care. We felt we were in very good hands, and thanks to the professional treatment, our dog recovered quickly. This practice has a lot of heart, experience, and expertise – we can recommend it wholeheartedly.
