A heartfelt THANK YOU to Dr. Weissenbacher and her lovely assistant. I've never experienced anything like this in any veterinary practice: That there's a Happy Time for furry friends, where they can learn and experience a visit to the vet in a relaxed manner. I have a 2-year-old, sweet, very friendly, but also curious Parson Russell Terrier (my second terrier), whose nervous system can sometimes be overwhelmed by all the impressions in a veterinary practice, making it difficult to have a relaxed examination. That was until a dear friend recommended Dr. Weissenbacher's practice to me. I've never experienced a veterinarian and their team showing so much love, calm, empathy, and understanding when I brought my little whirlwind to an appointment. It was always very hectic, loud, and impersonal, which put even more stress on my Loui (and my previous dog). Here he was able to complete a trial appointment (happy time) in peace and quiet, and today he had his routine checkup. No one had ever been able to have his heart and all his other organs examined before because he was so overwhelmed by all the impressions. Today, he and I were able to experience that everything can be completely relaxed, appreciative, understanding, with plenty of calm and love, if there is openness for it and for him. I am truly delighted with what Loui and I were able to experience today. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, dear Ms. Weissenbacher and colleague, for this wonderful experience, you are the best! It's a huge relief. I can truly recommend this veterinary practice from the bottom of my heart! This is how I imagine a vet visit for my Loui and me. Friendly, appreciative, loving, understanding, competent, calm, relaxed, empathetic. This will now make it possible for my furry friend to learn to relax more and more during his vet appointments. A very competent team. Both Dr. Weissenbacher and Ms. Ottilia are extremely caring and empathetic toward both animals and people. I bring my two female cats to the practice for basic checkups and dental treatments. I can wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful team. Thank you for the excellent care. We visited the practice for the first time today and were immediately greeted very warmly, even though we didn't have an appointment and our dog was difficult. The doctor's sensitivity towards the animal made a calm examination possible. Very satisfied and highly recommended!
