Fantastic service and multilingual vet (German, English and Spanish)! We had to visit the center due to an emergency with our dog and were treated incredibly well by Deborah, who carefully examined and treated our dog. He feels much better now. She performed a great general check on him, as well as asked about his previous illness and conditions, which helped a lot in the diagnosis. She explained the situation that led to his pain in detail and gave us a lot of advice on how to continue the treatment at home. We were very surprised that she is not only proficient in English, but in Spanish too! We could speak in our native language the whole time, making us way more confortable. I would totally recommend Deborah and the clinic. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us, we are very grateful.
Emergency service is great. Staff can also speak English (and a great vet can also speak Spanish!) Super kind with the furry friends!
While we were on holiday in Salzburg, our 7 y.o. cat has jumped out of the window from the 3rd floor and broke a leg. Although it was on a day off (August 15), Dr Biebl proved to be highly reactive and showed a great kindness, which is of particular importance from a psychological standpoint. His clinic is a very modern and clean one, with a state of the art equipment and it is easily reachable from downtown Salzburg. Dr Biebl is extremely competent and took excellent care of our beloved cat. I am pleased to warmly recommend him and his team. Yves Kerbiriou (Paris)
Absolutely fantastic emergency and overnight service. Such kind, caring professionals who use all of their resources to keep you OUT of the hospital and in your home with your fur baby. I can't speak highly enough about the night and emergency staff!
My cat was undergoing long-term treatment for anemia for over 1.5 years, which required clinic visits every two weeks. For each visit, in addition to the procedures (blood tests, supplies, cortisone, etc.), we were charged a consultation fee of over 50 EUR. Despite the emotional and financial burden of bi-weekly visits for such a long period, we accepted it because we liked our doctor and were supposedly receiving a discount on these extra consultation fees. However, during our last visit—the day my cat had to be euthanized—we had to go in as an emergency on a weekend. For a simple blood test, they handed us a massive bill of around 250 EUR. When we tried to discuss the estimated costs at the clinic, they told us they would email it due to the emergency. The invoice that followed was non-negotiable. When we tried to discuss it, we were told: 'You have been invoiced incorrectly until now anyway!' This was after 1.5 years of loyalty. On that final day, the emergency doctor only spent 5 minutes with my cat to draw blood, and the bill was around 254,42 EUR. More importantly, while at the clinic, my cat suffered two cardiac episodes and was struggling to breathe. We informed them, and they saw also her condition. Instead of providing oxygen support or stabilizing her, they directed us to Sattledt in Linz for a blood transfusion. Upon arrival, Sattledt stabilized her with oxygen and told us a transfusion was not even necessary. Sadly, the lack of immediate oxygen support had exhausted my cat too much, and we were forced to make the heart-breaking decision of euthanasia. Despite this clinic being close to our home, I will definitely drive to Sattledt or try other veterinarians if I ever need help again. This clinic seems focused on profit (with the exception of a few hardworking doctors to whom I am grateful). However, some doctors failed to do what was necessary during a critical time!!! Profit comes before care at this clinic based on mu experience so far. I urge other visitors to read the Google reviews carefully before deciding to bring their pets here.
