Amy and I ended up at the practice as an emergency case. Even though it was closing time, Ms. Bettendorf waited until we arrived and treated Amy wonderfully. We immediately felt comfortable and haven't been to any other vet since. You feel completely at ease; they always take their time, and you truly get the feeling that the animal's well-being is their top priority (which, unfortunately, isn't always the case in other practices). The team is absolutely fantastic too! 👍🏻 If I could, I'd give them 5 more stars! 🤭

A fantastic team. Always kind, polite, and focused on the animal's well-being. Here, the animal's needs come first, not the money. I've taken our three cats there, and the loving way they treat them each time is truly wonderful, whether it's the vet herself or the rest of the team. We feel very well cared for here. I won't be going to any other vet. Thank you so much!

I was a patient at this practice for many years. However, when my cat had an infection and I requested an emergency appointment, I was refused and sent directly to a clinic. In such a situation, I would have appreciated more support and understanding. Therefore, I cannot recommend this practice.
