Reviews
Fantastic, trustworthy, consistent care. I can NOT recommend them highly enough!! Thanks for all the help throughout the many years, and the many dogs!
Super Team
A fantastic team. Always kind, polite, and focused on the animal's well-being. Here, the animal's needs come first, not the money. I've taken our three cats there, and the loving way they treat them each time is truly wonderful, whether it's the vet herself or the rest of the team. We feel very well cared for here. I won't be going to any other vet. Thank you so much!
After being referred to the Siegen Veterinary Emergency Service on Sunday evening by the Siegen Veterinary Emergency Network to the responsible veterinary practice in Siegen-Eiserfeld, we unfortunately learned that the veterinarian, Ms. Grau, was unwilling (I am now at home and will not be going back to the practice) to examine our cat and was referred to the veterinary clinic in Gießen. We were then referred to veterinarian Ute Bettendorf via the Sauerland Emergency Service. Although Ms. Bettendorf was on her way home from a 48-hour shift, she provided us with competent, solution-oriented, and friendly advice over the phone. Thank you very much.
I was a patient at this practice for many years. However, when my cat had an infection and I requested an emergency appointment, I was refused and sent directly to a clinic. In such a situation, I would have appreciated more support and understanding. Therefore, I cannot recommend this practice.
