Good Veterinarian for pets and other animals.
Wonderful attitude of employees and doctors, wonderful experience
I recently visited for the first time, and the appearance of the practice alone is truly impressive! The veterinarian took a lot of time and thoroughly examined my two rabbits. They were handled well, and both the vet and the assistant made an excellent impression professionally! I was so relieved to finally find a practice with sufficient knowledge about rabbits after my previous experiences. I was happy to travel a bit further for it. The examination wasn't exactly cheap, but I still felt it was reasonable for the service provided! I then asked about further treatment/examination for one of the rabbits, as I was a little concerned about its dental health. However, the cost estimate I received completely shocked me. It was far above the usual fees for such a treatment. Unfortunately, I had to decide against having the treatment done for now and have to look for another veterinarian specializing in rabbits. It's a real shame, as I was otherwise very satisfied!
I was a patient at this practice for many years with my first pet. Some time ago, I was banned because of an incident with my neighbor, even though I had nothing to do with her behavior. My husband personally resolved the matter with the practice at the time, and we were assured that everything was settled. Recently, I booked an appointment online for my dog's important vaccination and received confirmation. Two days before the appointment, it was suddenly canceled. On the phone, I was simply told that I had broken the trust. When I inquired, I received no explanation but was treated rudely and told to find another veterinarian. In my opinion, this behavior is completely unprofessional. Furthermore, I often find the staff's interaction with the animals cold and lacking in empathy. I have also heard predominantly negative experiences from other former patients. One owner, for example, told me that she was essentially told, "If the dog dies, then it dies." If that's what was said, I find such a statement shocking. I absolutely do not recommend this practice.
