I had to bring my cat in as an emergency because he suddenly couldn't walk anymore. Unfortunately, other practices didn't have time. Here, I was able to come in immediately. The team was simply fantastic. They avoided unnecessary examinations and focused on the essentials. When admitted to the clinic, you receive several calls a day with updates, which is something you don't experience at other clinics. Questions are answered very kindly, and inquiries are taken seriously. Follow-up appointments are flexible, and the waiting time is very short. I met four different veterinarians, and all were very competent and friendly. The veterinary assistants are also very friendly. I felt like everyone was fully informed about my pet at all times. I highly recommend this practice and wouldn't want to go to any other. Of course, quality comes at a price, but you feel well cared for, and the staff doesn't seem rushed. They take their time for both the animal and the owner. I would gladly return!

Unfortunately, I haven't been a customer for very long with my two dogs. Appointments are constantly missed, and you don't receive any updates in between. Ultimately, it's also become extremely expensive. For minor things (2-3 minutes), you pay at least €100.
