A heartfelt recommendation! I took my cat to this veterinary practice for the very first time today – out of a real emergency. I felt like I called every practice in Siegen, even in Neunkirchen and Herdorf. Most were on vacation, and more than half wouldn't take me, saying they were full. Frankly, that was incredibly frustrating and inhumane. So I'm all the more grateful that I found this practice. I was taken seriously right away and got an appointment the same day. And what can I say? Wow. The medical assistants at reception and during the examination were simply fantastic – friendly, calm, empathetic, and highly competent. You immediately feel well cared for. And the veterinarian, Dr. Temberend: an absolutely amazing doctor! Truly exceptional. She takes her time, explains everything clearly – even a hundred times if necessary – and you can just tell how much she cares about the animals and their owners. Calm, confident, without any rush or anxiety. We were absolutely thrilled. We'll definitely keep this practice in mind and can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. We already have a vet we love (but he's on vacation). But we love this practice now, too. Top. Top. Top. Top. Top. 🐾💙

We feel we're in good hands. We went to two other veterinary practices, and neither could help my dog. Ms. Dreisbach and Ms. Vetter took excellent care of Susi and helped her overcome her fear of veterinarians. A big thank you also to your trainee, Ms. Quast.

Unfortunately, we had to visit the practice during emergency hours due to a very unpleasant incident. Even on the phone, everyone was very friendly and empathetic. Many thanks to Ms. Tramberend, who handled our German Shepherd's euthanasia with such dignity. What will stay with me most is, "I didn't become a veterinarian to finish work at 4 pm." Thank you again!
