We moved to the area a few years ago and that's how we ended up at Ms. Kleinfeldt's veterinary clinic with our cats. We currently have eight cats between the ages of one and fifteen. Over the years, we've visited several other veterinary practices and can say without a doubt that Ms. Kleinfeldt is a top-notch choice. Thank you so much for the excellent care!

The waiting times are outrageously bad. I arrived 45 minutes before opening and, after waiting for two hours, had to leave with my dog ​​for an appointment. There were still five patients ahead of me waiting. I doubt they were all seen. I would not recommend going on Tuesdays from 3 to 6 pm. Unfortunately, they don't offer individual appointments, not even for urgent matters. Very disheartening and disappointing.

We've been taking our two dogs and two cats to Ms. Kleinfeldt for several years now and are absolutely thrilled. During this time, we've been through a lot, from welcoming a new family member to saying goodbye to a beloved pet. The whole team is always very friendly and takes plenty of time for each patient. We always feel we're in excellent hands and receive the best advice. Thank you so much for being there. You have our complete trust. 😊👍

A very kind, friendly, and helpful veterinarian. I had to bring my rat in several times and received incredibly good care; she was looked after wonderfully. Not only the veterinarian, but also her colleagues are very competent, and their love for animals was evident in all of them. After my rat recovered (very quickly, in fact, despite a huge wound), they were almost sad not to see her as often anymore. Regular communication via email also worked perfectly. All in all, I have absolutely nothing to criticize about this veterinary practice and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who cares about their pet. Many, many thanks again to Ms. Kleinfeldt!

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Ms. Kleinfeldt and her team; quite the opposite, in fact. We regularly bring our kitten, which we hand-raised, to her for treatment and checkups. We are always fully informed about the medications, side effects, and any special considerations, which I value very highly. Furthermore, we are always greeted warmly, and everyone is very affectionate towards our animals. Despite this, they strive to get everything done quickly. It's a healthy balance between working efficiently and taking the time needed for each animal. Of course, there's always a wait, but I don't see that as a problem. You have to wait at every veterinarian, and there's a reason they're so busy. You can see that they're always extremely busy. However, no one on the team lets on how demanding their schedule actually is. Thank you so much for your constant help, patience, and expertise! We truly appreciate your efforts.
