Anyone expecting empathy as well as competence is in the wrong place! A few years ago, our ram was dying; today, it's our dog. In both cases, we were treated so rudely over the phone. We were told to bring our suffering dog in when the vet opened (five hours later). That the vet didn't have time or didn't want to is one thing, but for an animal lover (I assume that anyone who decides to help animals is an animal lover) to be dismissed so rudely by other animal lovers is outrageous. Unfortunately, the selection of vets in the village isn't that great! I'd rather drive 100 km than have to deal with Ms. Oesterreich again...

After a fight, our little cat was lovingly and sensitively treated and cared for by Dr. Österreich spontaneously after 6 p.m. With a great deal of understanding and expertise, she gave me a good feeling about the little guy. The wound was treated without any anesthesia, stress, and with plenty of calm. The next appointment is already scheduled. Thank you so much!

Unfriendly, rude, and completely unsympathetic. A heart for animals?? This woman is clearly in the wrong job... sad.

A veterinarian with heart and soul. Animal welfare is her top priority. The consultation and medical care are outstanding. We would give her 10 stars if it were possible.
