Anyone expecting empathy as well as competence is in the wrong place! A few years ago, our ram was dying; today, it's our dog. In both cases, we were treated so rudely over the phone. We were told to bring our suffering dog in when the vet opened (five hours later). That the vet didn't have time or didn't want to is one thing, but for an animal lover (I assume that anyone who decides to help animals is an animal lover) to be dismissed so rudely by other animal lovers is outrageous. Unfortunately, the selection of vets in the village isn't that great! I'd rather drive 100 km than have to deal with Ms. Oesterreich again...
A veterinarian with heart and soul. Animal welfare is her top priority. The consultation and medical care are outstanding. We would give her 10 stars if it were possible.
Our little cat received loving and sensitive treatment from Dr. Österreich shortly after 6 pm following a scuffle. Her understanding and expertise made me feel very comfortable with our little guy. The wound was treated calmly and without anesthesia, without any stress. We've already scheduled the next appointment. Thank you so much!
