In an emergency, definitely go to this practice!!! I've been a client for 25 years and have always received competent and friendly care. I can't say the same for the veterinary clinic. My pets' well-being was always their top priority. I highly recommend this practice and wouldn't hear a bad word said about the team!!! Thank you for everything!

We've been taking our cats to Dr. Göbel for many, many years and feel we're in excellent hands there. Our dog is now also a patient – and we consistently experience how dedicated and helpful they both are. Whether it's a regular appointment or an emergency, we always receive support and expert help. You can tell they work with both heart and expertise. We are very grateful and can absolutely recommend this practice!

From a social perspective, this couple is a disaster… but things were already going downhill before the practice moved. For “normal” pets, please choose a different, professional veterinarian. For reptiles, for example, Dr. Hammer. He's not that far away either.

I can only confirm the negative experiences of all the other dog and cat owners. I would not recommend anyone consult this veterinary practice with their dog or cat.

DO NOT GO HERE IN AN EMERGENCY AND PLEASE GO DIRECTLY TO THE ANIMAL CLINIC. Unfortunately, the veterinary couple is absolutely unfriendly and completely lacks any expertise. We can only agree with the other negative reviews. We were on vacation in Krakow, and our French Bulldog suspected she had eaten poisoned bait. Everything was discussed over the phone – breed, circumstances, etc. We were also told to bring cash and her vaccination record. As usual, I gave her activated charcoal as a precaution. I mentioned this immediately, of course, with the concern that it might have been too much. I was repeatedly questioned about who told me this nonsense about charcoal, how I could possibly give it, etc. This went on for several minutes, both by the woman and the man, WITHOUT even looking at the dog. When I finally became snappy, I was repeatedly told that being so emotional wouldn't help. The dog was examined, and the issue of the coal was brought up again. I was told to give him dry oatmeal and chamomile tea. Afterward, the vet concluded (solely based on the examination) that it was probably nothing serious. He said he was reluctant to induce vomiting in French Bulldogs due to the risk of collapse?!?!? So, I was sent to the veterinary clinic. I had already stated beforehand that the dog should finally be made to vomit, and that I, and the dog, would like to receive proper treatment. We were given the clinic's address and, of course, had to pay on the spot via bank transfer. €148 for absolutely inadequate and disrespectful treatment, with the explicit comment that this isn't usually done in French Bulldogs. It seems they simply need the money from the emergency service, coupled with a very concerning level of expertise. A reputable vet would have refused immediately and referred us to the clinic. The breed had already been mentioned on the phone. For me, in this situation, it was a terrible experience that also wasted valuable time. PLEASE, PLEASE do not go there under any circumstances. Even if the legal situation doesn't allow it, or is rather weak, we will still have everything checked out. We received wonderful care at the veterinary clinic, and I was told that I had done excellent preparatory work!
