I didn't feel comfortable with my animals at this practice. Ms. Bendlin seemed very unenthusiastic, generally only spoke when absolutely necessary, and I constantly had to ask her to repeat herself. She didn't explain anything, just prescribed the medication, and that was it. You can't even rely on the opening hours anymore; you repeatedly find yourself standing in front of a locked door. On the other hand, the ladies at reception are very nice. Nevertheless, I've now switched practices and realize it was the right decision. What a shame!

My dog ​​had a severe ear infection. I couldn't reach anyone by phone, so I just went there. I was greeted warmly and they even managed to squeeze me in. The staff and veterinarian were very friendly! They gave me expert advice. I felt I was in good hands.
