We went to the vet on Friday, January 23, 2026, early in the morning around 8:00 AM. It was only supposed to be a heart ultrasound; I was told to make an appointment at another practice and they gave me their phone number. Dr. Luisa Lippert examined my little poodle, Willy, and everything seemed fine, but not quite right with his heart. Dr. Lippert gave me medication: a tablet in the morning and then the Metacam suspension in the afternoon. Unfortunately, this medication led to our poodle's death. On Monday morning at the practice, whenever Dr. Lippert saw us sitting there, there was no reaction from her, no answer, and no apology. So we handed over the medication at the front desk.
