The veterinarian is absolutely recommendable. Treatments are discussed together and explained very well. In the difficult hour of saying goodbye, he was very empathetic and compassionate. I am incredibly grateful that I was able to take a little memento of my beloved pet with me. For my family and me, there has never been a better veterinarian.
Fantastic veterinarian! We always feel comfortable and the team is incredibly nice. Great practice! My big guy feels at home and is always treated well and quickly. I highly recommend them. Best regards, Rocky and family
Great vet! :) I usually go to Dr. Puvogel on Rügen, but yesterday, due to time constraints and my dog's pain, I had to go to a vet closer to home. He was the second vet I called. The first one turned me away. At this vet's, I was told I could come in directly with my dog, though there might be a short wait. My dog and I didn't have to wait long, and the vet was very empathetic with him. The treatment ended up being more expensive than expected, but that was mainly due to my dog's condition. We were given the necessary medication and a special food that I agreed upon, as he's not a big eater. The vet took plenty of time for us and patiently answered all my questions, even though he was almost ready to close for the day. We'll definitely be back! :)
André Holzendorf is an exceptionally competent and, at the same time, very empathetic veterinarian. He takes his time with both the animal and its owner, explains everything clearly, and treats the animals with incredible care. You immediately notice that he possesses not only expertise but also genuine compassion. Friendly, calm, and absolutely trustworthy – you feel you are in the best hands. Many thanks for the wonderful care of Mama Hanna and her 11 puppies.
I took my Mastiff there for the first time on a recommendation because she was limping badly. Dr. Holzendorf gave us a very friendly welcome. It's a lovely practice with plenty of space. The doctor quickly made a correct diagnosis and took an X-ray right away, followed by a thorough examination. I can highly recommend this practice. They do everything for the animal's well-being. The bill was also reasonable; I had expected to pay much more. A huge thank you to the entire team who went to so much trouble to get our 75 kilos onto the X-ray table.
