When I called, I responded to the woman who answered with "Guten Tag. Sprichst du Englisch?" She said a word I didn't know, then hung up! My husband encouraged me to call back in case it was a mistake. I called and then it rang until it disconnected. I got no answer and no voicemail. Very unprofessional.

We have been taking our 3 year old Husky to Dr Wagemann since he was a baby. Mr. Wagemann is very professional and explains everything in depth and that too in a perfect English (because in German it is sometimes difficult for us to understand medical terms) He is very friendly and handles the pets with utmost care and professionalism.
