I had an appointment yesterday at 10:30, but unfortunately I was 20 minutes late because my car wouldn't start. When I went to check in, the woman said I was late and that I had canceled the appointment, which isn't true, since I made the appointment for 9:00. My cat ate some ficus and is still suffering from the poisoning. I've known this veterinary practice since 1999 and have always been satisfied. But being turned away is a new experience.
