Unfortunately, I find the vet incompetent and completely lacking in empathy. When I found my cat dead, no photos were taken, even though the practice knew I was looking for him (thankfully, I found him again!). They even claimed with 100% certainty that it was my cat, without any photos or evidence. After I asked why this wasn't documented or at least a photo taken, since the cat was neutered and well-groomed (according to them), the only answer was: "Yeah, I thought he was just some farm cat." I find this statement completely unacceptable. It shows how little animals really mean to him. It's always just about the money, like with most vets. What a shame!
I really like both vets. They are easygoing and friendly. The animals receive excellent care, and they even joke around with the accompanying children.
We are completely satisfied and very grateful for the excellent treatment our cat received. After an initially unclear lameness in his front paw, the veterinarian proceeded with utmost care and professionalism. Despite initially unremarkable findings, a very thorough diagnostic workup followed, including extensive series of x-rays comparing the right and left sides. The detailed consultation, transparent advice, and clearly explained treatment plan deserve special mention. The chosen treatment was ultimately very successful – our cat is now completely pain-free and healthy again. The price was also very reasonable and fair. We highly recommend this competent and dedicated small animal veterinarian – we will gladly return anytime!
