If I could give 10 stars, I would! My dog Jimmy was staying with my mother in Upper Austria during our ski vacation. On our way home from Tyrol to Vienna, my mother told me that Jimmy had blood in his stool since that morning and was constantly vomiting mucus. I was very worried that he had ingested poison. Since we were already running late, we searched for a nearby veterinarian on Google. We tried our luck with Dr. Mergl. Although she had no more appointments available and the practice was supposed to close at 7:00 pm, she kindly squeezed us in. The entire team was so kind and understanding, performed all sorts of examinations, and really took their time with my dog! You feel truly well cared for and in excellent hands here! The price was also perfectly reasonable! A thousand thanks again for the quick help and the diagnosis. I'm much more at ease now! I will definitely bring my dog back for dental cleaning!

Competent treatment of our dogs, friendly team, and fantastic vet Dr. Mergl 👍☺️!! Theo's neutering today went great; he's sleeping off his hangover.

I take all my cats there. They always receive excellent treatment and are always very friendly and almost like a friend. The opening hours are perfect for working people, and they always manage to find a suitable appointment. All in all, fantastic! I would never want to go anywhere else.

If there were 10 stars, I'd give 10! The best vet around! They treat our dog and cats with loving care! Ms. Mergl saved our cat's life the second time! We had been to several vets the first time, but only she made the correct diagnosis! We are extremely happy with the whole team; I can truly say they take loving care of every animal from beginning to end. Scheduling appointments is also fantastic; we could always drop in spontaneously and had a short wait! If you're looking for a courteous and competent vet, then you've come to the right place! ✅ Thank you for our cat's life! 🥰🐈🐕

I've been a customer for over 10 years, but now I've finally had enough. Our dog was limping and was examined. A drawer test was performed, and I was told that the cruciate ligament was clearly torn and that surgery would be necessary. An appointment for surgery was already scheduled. For further evaluation, we then went to the St. Pölten Veterinary Clinic to see Dr. Marlis Wiebogen-Wessely. There, they took a great deal of time, thoroughly analyzed the dog's gait, sedated him, and took X-rays. The result: no cruciate ligament rupture, but rather inflammation – no surgery was necessary. In addition, invoices were sent to the wrong address, followed by payment reminders that we had no knowledge of. Despite our years of reliable service as paying customers, they eventually involved a debt collection agency, which I find completely disproportionate. This kind of treatment of long-term customers is unacceptable to me. That was definitely my last visit there. * : ... I haven't even started on the very high prices yet – St. Pölten isn't cheap either, but in my experience it's significantly more professional.
