I wouldn't give a single star. Last year my cat was spayed, and two days later she died in great pain. I tried to comfort her, and she managed to bite me. I had a problem with the rash for two weeks.

I wanted to give zero stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. After 13 years of being cared for in Neukirchen, where we were generally very satisfied, we were treated extremely unfairly yesterday. All we needed for our dog was an IV to ease his pain, but apparently there wasn't time for even three minutes. Luckily, there are also competent veterinarians who truly care about the animals' well-being. Never again!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A fantastic team of veterinarians with a lot of heart and expertise! You can immediately tell that the welfare of the animals is their top priority. The doctors take their time, explain everything clearly, and treat the animals with care. The practice team is also friendly and helpful. We feel in excellent hands here – highly recommended!

The team is generally nice, but unfortunately, my guinea pig was given a wrong diagnosis, and its front teeth were cut so short that it could no longer eat on its own. Sadly, I had to have it euthanized. This could certainly have been avoided if the vet had known what he was doing!
