He failed to diagnose our dog with severe peritonitis. We were told the discharge was urinary incontinence, which is normal in older dogs (8 years old). We were told to just put a diaper on her. But she wasn't in pain. When she developed severe pain two weeks later, we took her to the veterinary clinic in St. Pölten. She died after two operations. Thanks, "Doctor."

I had an emergency because my cat had been attacked by a dog. She asked if I could come in today. At first, she was very friendly on the phone. Then she asked if we were existing customers. When I said no, we'd never been to her before, she suddenly became completely rude, almost arrogant, and then suddenly said, "No, then it's not possible," and hung up. We've now seen another doctor. They finally found out that my radius and ulna were broken. So, in an emergency, I wouldn't recommend her!

Helpful, but the opening hours are tricky as he only work at morning.

Dr. Kern is a fantastic, competent, and empathetic veterinarian. He quickly made time for our emergency and was even available by phone on the weekend. He has helped our pet several times, saving him from expensive and unnecessary surgery. Dr. Kern explains everything thoroughly and only recommends treatments that seem sensible to him and have proven effective. His prices are excellent, and he never charges extra for a single minute. A wonderful vet – we would gladly go back!

Dr. Kern always takes his time when you need something. I've been to his practice many times with my dog ​​and can highly recommend him; he's a very nice veterinarian.
