Very helpful vet. Excellent English
Claudia is very professional animal doctor
The vet was willing to help after hours with our dog who had issues taking a pee. This can be very dangerous and if you are on holiday without your own vet it can be pretty stressful. We dont know if he is out of the woods yet but very glad the vet was willing to help and do whatever she could at that time.
Professional and helpful, especially with our rescue dogs. They take the time to slow the dogs to relax, and explain everything to us. We would not go anywhere else in this area.
My partner and in work for a British ski tour operator and we stay in niederau for 6 months of the year. Last winter our one year old Australian sheepdog started fitting overnight and this get was the closest and the lady was amazing. She saw us as soon as she could even without an a Appointment as it was an emergency as despite not being a specialist unit she treated our dog as best she could and referred us to a specialist near by. The lady vet that we saw was so kind and helpful and really helped ease the stressful situation. 5 stars! Austrian vets are also so much more financially reasonable than UK vets.
