A brilliant practice… friendly, efficient and thorough. Also good English for us travellers with our dogs. You can take your pet here with full confidence in excellent service.
very nice assistant and vet, I'm a stammkunde..
We went there with our cat because she was very ill and we were very worried about her. The vet seemed competent, and the receptionist was friendly – however, overall, we didn't feel like we were treated with the utmost respect for animals. We went there in the morning without an appointment because it was urgent. They saw us, but it was clearly noticeable that our spontaneous arrival was not welcome. After an infusion and X-ray (costing almost €400), we were allowed to pick up our cat that evening, but unfortunately, she wasn't feeling any better. The next day, we had to have her put down. Another visit to the vet would have been far too stressful for our cat. When we called, however, we were told in a very harsh tone that home visits for the next 2-3 weeks were fully booked and that they could only squeeze us in for the afternoon at most for the euthanasia. In an already very difficult situation, this type of communication was extremely hurtful. The fact that we had just left a lot of money there the day before... Well, everyone has to form their own opinion. Fortunately, we were able to find a solution that worked for us and our cat. Dr. Feyersinger from Kirchbichl came to our home that same day and, with great empathy and respect, relieved our cat of her suffering. Conclusion: While his expertise may have been good, the lack of empathy and the way he handled an emergency were absolutely disappointing. We won't be coming back.
Absolutely recommended – unbeatable both professionally and personally! "I simply cannot understand the negative reviews here and am honestly shocked at how different perceptions can be. I've been taking my dog to this practice for quite some time now and can only report positive experiences. The entire team is incredibly warm and welcoming, and you can immediately tell that the animal's well-being is their top priority. I'm particularly impressed by their loving approach: they cater to my dog's individual needs, so he enters the practice almost without fear. Their professional competence is outstanding: they take their time, explain diagnoses clearly, and don't push any unnecessary treatments. I feel completely at ease here, and my dog enjoys empathetic and calm treatment. This practice has my utmost trust. If you're looking for competent and caring support for your pet, this is the place to go. Please don't let the bad reviews discourage you – see for yourself, it's worth it!" Bonbon and I would like to say THANK YOU!
