I’ve learned that vets are like good dentists, mechanics, or good lawyers, extremely difficult to find. Dr. Reichert is honest, caring, friendly, intelligent, highly capable, and a joy to interact with and talk to. I’ve felt very comfortable and confident in Dr. Reichert’s care of my golden retriever and all of her medical needs since I first got to know him last year. I’ve been seeing him quite regularly since, because of my Golden’s advanced age. The wider team at the practice is also friendly and caring and does a great a job of supporting Dr. Reichert. For us, by far the best veterinary practice in all of Krefeld. I truly can't recommend any other vet, and we've been to quite a few practices before. We've been coming here with our two dogs for several years now and feel incredibly well cared for every single time. Dr. Reichert, in particular, is simply a wonderful person. She takes her time, really listens, and gives honest advice with so much heart. You can immediately tell that she doesn't just "process" patients, but that the animals are truly important to her. She has been an incredible help to us, especially with more complex issues. Our dogs come from abroad, and leishmaniasis was a major concern for us. Dr. Reichert is extremely knowledgeable about it and provided us with expert support throughout the entire process. She also finally helped us with our dog's heartburn; today, our dog has no problems with either leishmaniasis or heartburn. We are incredibly grateful for that. The veterinary assistants are all so warm, friendly, and attentive. You're welcomed so warmly that you simply feel at ease. And the best part: our dogs actually enjoy going there. As soon as we arrive at the practice, they're already excited. That really says more than any review.
