Doctors were great and very thorough with their examination. They were very patient with our dog. But, 3 stars for unfriendly registration person and water bowls that were cloudy and way overdue for a cleaning. Both of these are the first impression of a clinic and it didn't need to be like that.

I've been taking my dog Simba to the veterinary eye clinic for some time now, and I just wanted to say a huge thank you. A month ago, Simba had surgery for a tumor in front of his iris. Even the initial examinations were incredibly thorough, and the follow-up treatments are also very careful and conscientious. What I particularly remember is that I once missed an appointment for a preliminary examination, and the clinic called me afterward to emphasize the urgency. At the time, I honestly thought that perhaps nothing could be done because the medication hadn't helped, and I hadn't fully grasped the seriousness of the situation. In retrospect, I'm truly grateful for that. A very special thank you also goes to the veterinarian who is currently treating Simba during his follow-up care. I feel incredibly well cared for by her. She is so kind and empathetic and explains everything down to the smallest detail. Since I'm someone who asks a lot of questions and wants to understand things, this gives me a great deal of peace of mind. You can really tell that she takes her time. I'd also like to thank the veterinarian who is currently treating Simba during his follow-up. In general, everyone at the practice was incredibly kind to Simba and to me. Furthermore, they always encouraged me to call anytime if I needed anything, and I never felt like I was bothering or inconveniencing them, which unfortunately isn't always the case. Many thanks to the entire team for the wonderful care, patience, and loving treatment of my beloved Simba. We truly feel we are in excellent hands with you. Attached are photos of the growing tumor and pictures after the surgery ❤️‍🩹
