We were there yesterday with our Lina, whom we sadly had to let go. You wish you had such a compassionate doctor yourself. The staff member was also so caring and pleasant. I would like to thank you again most sincerely for the loving care.

Dr. Schramm is a compassionate and wonderful veterinarian. She helped our German Shepherd with her ear infection very well. We will gladly come back if needed. Excellent!

I was there yesterday with my cat Ferdi. Sadly, I had to let him go, but the vet and the team were so compassionate and loving. After he received the sedative, I was able to say goodbye in a separate room 🌈❤️. Only then did the vet come and explain each step in detail. Before the final injection, Ms. Schramm offered some loving words and wished Ferdi a safe journey. I'm so impressed and will take my other cat there as well. 👍👍👍👍👍

The only vet in the area who even answered the phone at lunchtime and immediately set up a trauma room and blocked the practice, even though we weren't even clients. That the emergency surgery wasn't worthwhile in retrospect may be due to the situation; you desperately cling to any hope. My little bear had already packed his bag and was on his way. They tried everything and gave us time to say goodbye. For that, they deserve 5 stars. Not being able to reach a vet in an emergency is an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone, especially when there isn't enough time for a long journey. The team was there for our dog. P.S. I know very well that a single vet with a practice can't be available at all times and also has a private life. This isn't a criticism of any individual vet.
