Many thanks to the entire team at the Schwerin-Neumühle Veterinary Clinic for the quick and loving care of my cat Othello. 🐈‍⬛ The situation was an absolute emotional ordeal for me, yet I always felt taken seriously and well cared for. I am especially grateful for the honest communication, the patience, and the loving way they treated my old cat. 🐈‍⬛🖤

We had to go to the Schwerin-Neumühle Animal Health Center as an emergency after my dog Emma injured herself around 6 p.m. Even on the phone, I received helpful advice from a competent staff member who immediately asked for all the necessary details. We were able to come straight there. We arrived at 6:40 p.m. After registering and filling out the paperwork, we went straight to the examination room for diagnosis. The team handled Emma very professionally and incredibly gently – you can tell they truly prioritize animal welfare. Since the injury required treatment under anesthesia, Emma was admitted for inpatient care. I especially appreciated that they asked very detailed questions beforehand about her habits, allergies, and diet. They also provided transparent information about the surgical procedure and the costs. As promised, I received a call around 10:30 p.m. informing me that Emma was waking up from the anesthesia and that everything had gone well. That helped me sleep soundly. I was able to pick her up the next morning. She was in good condition, seemed interested, and not at all frightened. I received all the necessary medication and detailed instructions on wound care and activity levels. I was even shown photos of the injury on the monitor, which I was allowed to take pictures of. At the follow-up appointment two days later, Emma even walked into the waiting room voluntarily – there could hardly be a better sign of her trust in the team. We'll have the stitches removed by her family doctor. Thank you so much for the excellent help and friendly care!
