Unfortunately, I can't agree with the other reviewers. The initial consultation was quite pleasant, although it was clearly aimed at selling me something, and I unfortunately fell for it. I only received the test results on the day of my second appointment after specifically requesting them via voice message. I was also told that we could discuss the results again during my appointment and, for example, take a closer look at the food to see if there were any intolerances. However, the second appointment was a completely different story. They tried to sell me further sessions. When I said I wanted to think about it first, they didn't listen and simply started the treatment. I had to clearly state several times that I didn't want this treatment at this time. They didn't discuss the test results with me, and when I requested a written copy, I was told that the printer was broken and that it couldn't be sent to me by email or WhatsApp. After inquiring again, I finally received a very unprofessional result. Many points in the outcome and in my questions/statements from Ms. Langhojer were frequently contradictory, and suddenly she was no longer friendly towards me. I can only advise you to invest this money elsewhere. In my opinion, love for animals is being exploited here to extract money from people.

So far, we've had great results. If the final result is as desired, I'll give it five stars. Yesterday was the last treatment, and it was a complete success. My dog ​​is doing great, and so am I. Thank you on behalf of my dog. Highly recommended. 👍👍👍👍👍

I have three healthy dogs, but unfortunately, I have the annual tick problem. I consistently administered the bioresinance drops against parasites daily for over five months, spent a lot of money, and had absolutely NO success! It should have worked for at least one dog if it wasn't just hocus-pocus. Ms. Langhojer offered no help or advice whatsoever!

I've been a customer practically since the very beginning. Back when the practice first started, I went with my mother to see Marina, being a bit of a skeptic. There are too many charlatans in this field. I said at the time, "Let's see what she's really capable of." What can I say... I was quickly convinced of her competence, her helpfulness, and her honesty! She was always there for our animals (even outside of regular hours), communicated clearly when she thought a veterinarian should be consulted, and answered every question. Sometimes not until late in the evening, after a long day of caring for her own animals. But she never let me down! She has definitely saved many of our animals! That's why I find the negative reviews completely incomprehensible! Even if the owners are unreasonable, she would always decide in the best interests of the animals! Marina, you are an incredibly valuable person! Thank you for everything!
