Simply amazing! Last night we had an emergency because our Skittles was having trouble breathing. It wasn't easy to find a vet who was open and relatively easy to reach in such a stressful situation. The vet on duty was very calm on the phone and her manner immediately put me at ease. When we arrived, we already felt incredibly well cared for. The vet was very empathetic, calm, and thorough!
