Simply amazing! Last night we had an emergency because our Skittles was having trouble breathing. It wasn't easy to find a vet who was open and relatively easy to reach in such a stressful situation. The vet on duty was very calm on the phone and her manner immediately put me at ease. When we arrived, we already felt incredibly well cared for. The vet was very empathetic, calm, and thorough! This was our first time taking our dog Bruno to the veterinary clinic in Wonsees. We had booked an appointment for an X-ray on Monday on Saturday, but were quickly squeezed in and told to expect a bit of a wait. There was no wait at all, the reception staff were incredibly friendly, and the vet was excellent and explained everything during the examination. We felt very well cared for and can highly recommend the clinic.

We've taken several cats to this practice and have had nothing but positive experiences. The entire team is incredibly friendly, empathetic, and dedicated. They always take their time, patiently answer every question, and explain each step clearly and transparently. Here, you can tell that animals aren't just patients, but are truly treated with compassion. As pet owners, you feel valued, well-advised, and completely at ease.
