A very kind and helpful veterinarian! One of my chickens urgently needed treatment a while ago! No veterinarian in Bayreuth or the surrounding area that I could reach felt "responsible" for a chicken that would certainly have died very soon without treatment. Mrs. Grenzmann promptly scheduled an appointment for me at the practice just one hour after our phone call. And lo and behold, Mr. Grenzmann quickly identified the problem and treated it immediately! He and his wife have been and continue to be very friendly, including with our two tomcats. Since the two have fortunately not had any serious issues so far, I can't judge how they handle this.
