He and his wife have always been very friendly, including in their interactions with our two cats. Since the two cats have thankfully not had any serious problems so far, I can't comment on how they handle such situations. The checkups, vaccinations, and even the occasional last-minute visit were all handled smoothly and fairly, even on weekends. I can recommend him without hesitation.

A very kind and helpful veterinarian! One of my chickens urgently needed treatment a while ago! No veterinarian in Bayreuth or the surrounding area that I could reach felt "responsible" for a chicken that would certainly have died very soon without treatment. Mrs. Grenzmann promptly scheduled an appointment for me at the practice just one hour after our phone call. And lo and behold, Mr. Grenzmann quickly identified the problem and treated it immediately!
