He was on call for emergencies and was woken up by his wife. He brushed me off within 30 seconds, saying he didn't have time and I should look at the clock. He wasn't interested in the animal's symptoms, didn't ask a single question, and then made me feel like an idiot for researching possible illnesses online. I've rarely seen such rudeness!

We had an emergency and called everyone we could find. It was Thursday evening, and luckily we reached him through his wife. He took the time to help us outside of his regular business hours that evening. He was kind and empathetic, even though we weren't at his office. I am incredibly grateful for his help and highly recommend him. My impression is that he has a big heart for animals and a great deal of empathy. Many thanks again to him and his wife.

A very empathetic person. He came to our home to end Jimmy's suffering and prevent him from experiencing any further stress. I rely on him completely for pet care. Whether cats or dogs, he's always my first choice for problems or preventative care. Even the neutering went perfectly. Thank you so much!
