So, I spent 15 months considering how to rate this veterinary clinic. My dog, Mogly, was euthanized there at 8.5 years old. I brought him in with a seriously ill animal that had already been mistreated by the previous vet for five weeks. At first, I think they acted properly at the clinic, but something seemed suspicious to me. Fifteen months ago, the very young vet wanted to give a very sick dog, with severe pneumonia, a sandfly vaccination. I was told the animal couldn't be saved and had to be euthanized. He received antibiotics for one week, and in the second week, they said he was completely cancerous. I felt lost and never shook the feeling that something wasn't right. Today, 15 months later, I call them around 5 p.m. with an emergency for my young dog. He swallowed a piece of bully stick and has a stomach bug. At 5 p.m., I get a trainee on the phone, and I explain everything meticulously. She's consulting with whoever it is. I'm waiting. From then on, a lot of stupid questions on the phone: what's a bully stick, is it like this, or like that, or this and that. Seriously, I feel like I'm being totally ripped off. I told her, "Hold on, I'm calling somewhere else." I called the Feuchtwangen Animal Clinic, explained briefly, and told me to come immediately; a qualified vet is expecting to arrive in 15 minutes. DINKELSBÜHL IS NO LONGER AN ACCEPTIVE!!

We were on the road this weekend, driving home from vacation. During the drive, my rabbit suddenly became very ill. I ran into the clinic with my rabbit and said it was an emergency... the assistant calmly continued her phone call... afterwards, she didn't even ask what the problem was. She asked why I didn't have a carrier with me... a hypothermic rabbit should be warmed up, that goes without saying!!! They should definitely hold an emergency seminar for all their staff because, unfortunately, they have no clue about emergencies... afterwards, we had to wait. And instead of giving my rabbit emergency medication immediately, they talked to us. My rabbit was in pain and had bloating... and instead of giving him medication, we were sent home because he needed to go to the clinic, but since we were already out, we were supposed to treat him at home... he didn't even get an injection... They should definitely learn something from the small animal specialist... we had a terrible experience there...

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Dinkelsbühl Veterinary Clinic for their invaluable help during our emergency on New Year's Eve. Dr. Charlotte Duteil and her colleague on duty were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they cared for our little furry friend with great calm and expertise. We felt completely at ease the entire time. Thank you so much for everything – we highly recommend this clinic!
