We moved to Ansbach last summer and my 16.5 year old yorkie had compromised kidneys and was given a diuretic by a vet in Ansbach. This put my Yorkie in stage 4 kidney failure. I called this clinic at midnight and rushed her in and we had to let her go. The vet was so sweet and really made the experience as calm as it could be. I am truly grateful for her kindness and understanding at such a late hour and ending my poor dogs suffering. The next day the staff called Rosengarten and translates for us that we were bringing the dog to them for cremation. I highly recommend this clinic.

Excellent facility! Our little Papillon has been receiving excellent care at this clinic for six years, and when his gallbladder ruptured, they saved his life with emergency surgery. He's now back to his old self. Reminders for vaccinations work better here than at our (human) family doctor. The staff is very friendly and empathetic – both to the patients and their owners. My highest recommendation!

On Pentecost Sunday, we had to take our dog Ludwig to the veterinary clinic in Dinkelsbühl for an emergency. He was diagnosed with kidney failure and had to be admitted for 24-hour IV fluid therapy. He stayed at the clinic for two days. A very special thank you goes to Dr. Duteil, who took a lot of time and explained everything to us clearly and calmly. The entire team of veterinary assistants was also very friendly, empathetic, and accommodating at all times. We felt we were in excellent hands from the very first moment. During his stay, we were kept informed about Ludwig's condition by phone, and the next steps were discussed with us in detail. After two days, following a thorough consultation with the vet, we were able to take our furry friend home. We also found the price-performance ratio to be absolutely fair. At no point did we feel that unnecessary procedures were performed or that we were being pressured into anything. We can wholeheartedly recommend the veterinary clinic and would go there again anytime. Once again, a heartfelt thank you to the entire team!

Our dog was hospitalized at the clinic from Maundy Thursday to Easter Monday. Many thanks to the entire team. Everyone was always kind and caring. Even when we arrived earlier than planned on Thursday because our dog was getting worse, it was perfectly fine. And when his condition worsened on site, we were immediately taken to the examination room and a veterinarian was there in no time. Thanks to the dedication of all the staff and doctors, we were able to take our dog home again on Monday. Here, the animal's well-being truly matters. They took excellent care of him and kept us regularly updated on his condition. We were also informed about the costs. A huge thank you to all the staff at the clinic. You saved our dog. We highly recommend them.
