Emergency as always on Sunday, a phone call is all it takes to make an appointment, very quick and competent help, if needed, "gladly" again 😀

Recently, my horse had an acute emergency with suspected colic. Since I was unavailable at the time and our usual equine vet was abroad on business, my stable owner called this practice on my behalf to get veterinary help quickly. To our great surprise, however, the owner himself very rudely informed her that our stable would not be served because a different vet was normally responsible for it. In a genuine emergency, this was completely incomprehensible and very disappointing. What I find particularly irritating is that I am already a client of this practice – my two cats are treated there. Precisely because of this, I would have expected support in an acute emergency, not to be turned away. In my opinion, the animal's well-being should always be the priority in a medical emergency, not who usually looks after the stable. Fortunately, another vet was eventually reached; otherwise, I don't know how things would have turned out for my horse. After this experience, this practice will absolutely not be an option for any of my animals again!

I was a patient at this veterinary clinic for an extended period. Unfortunately, I noticed early on that clear diagnoses were often not made during treatments. Furthermore, I was seen by a different veterinarian at each visit. This was particularly problematic during follow-up examinations, as the treating veterinarian sometimes didn't know what procedures had been performed previously. A particularly negative experience occurred during a nighttime emergency with my cat. Even on the phone, I had the feeling they were trying to brush me off. After I was finally allowed into the clinic, the staff there were extremely unfriendly. We were subjected to accusations that are difficult to bear as a responsible pet owner. Although I do everything for my animals, I was accused of negligence. This behavior left me very disappointed and uncertain. For me, trust is paramount, especially in emergency situations. Unfortunately, this trust has been completely lost here. I will not be using this clinic again.
