Reviews
My poodle had a surgery. The vet was fabulous. The staffs speak perfect English and very kind. I’m glad I found this Klinik. ❤️
I have to say that staff are friendly, but for the competition one star ist too much. Our cat is now somewhere over the rainbow 🌈😔 Difficult operation. Two months later something was wrong.I said that something was wrong, but the doctor said everything it's ok..and my cat,my baby dies three weeks later😔Just money... emotions zero...She was with us 6 years...and I know that she will not come back. But I pray...maybe...I houp that she have no pains....You will be always in our hearts 🐾💔🌈
I called and made an appointment, most of the staff speak English. We arrived after traveling the whole day, they took care of my dog, looked over his paper work and issued a EU pet passport. All the staff is wonderful, The clinic is beautiful and clean.
Friendly service but too expensive. I paid almost 200€ for my cat's examination because of an ear infection. I was not consulted about how much it would cost. They suggested surgery in 2 steps with an estimated cost of 3,000€ My cat had the same surgery before at another veterinarian where we lived before, and it was a total of 300€.
The staff is experienced, attentive and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean, equipped, and well maintained. The prices reflect the level of equipment and training the staff has received. We’re still in the midst of our dog’s oncology treatment, but I am glad to have brought her to the vet here for assessment and treatment planning.
