Good vets but it's hard if you can't go in with your pet and I don't chose for my dog to get sick. Got a bit on unfriendly reception because symptoms showed in the lare afternoon. Should I let her suffer another night??? We're long time customers/patient 🐕 and they're doctors after all...
I am a very frequent customer with my guinea pigs, and this is certainly the best veterinary clinic I have ever visited (and I have been to many in Finland/the Netherlands/Austria). The whole team is really friendly and highly competent, the service is excellent (also in English!). The clinic is very cozy. My piggies always visit Mag. Wachter, she is extremely skilled and talented with guinea pigs. She has saved my piggies uncountable amount of times and truly cares for her patients. I always feel listened and understood in this clinic, all the questions are always answered (and I often have many!). I came to this clinic when several vets in Graz wanted to put my young guinea pig to sleep, not being able to identify why he couldn't eat. The piggie was saved in this clinic and lived happily for long time since then. My piggies have also used the emergency service multiple times, and the help has always been available fast. I drive there from Graz, for that service I would drive even longer, it is really the best for guinea pigs and I couldn't even imagine going to any other vet anymore.
We took our cat to the veterinary clinic today because of a painful paw. Everything went perfectly, from getting an appointment quickly to the treatment itself. The vet was very friendly, took her time, and explained everything clearly. We switched to this clinic three years ago and have never regretted it. The prices are also very reasonable for a veterinary clinic. Highly recommended! ❤️
Dr. Wallner and his team are fantastic, very friendly and competent. Thank you for everything you've done for Fely.
When I received two text messages yesterday saying "Hello Ares" and "Hello Leon," I initially thought it was a silly joke. It wasn't! I was reminded, in a particularly charming and original way, that my two "tigers" needed their vaccinations again. I was able to get an appointment today and received the usual friendly welcome. My cats, as expected, weren't exactly thrilled. But I can wholeheartedly recommend the Wallner Veterinary Clinic and its friendly and helpful staff, whether for a check-up, a vaccination, or more serious issues. I wish the entire team a Merry Christmas and relaxing holidays!
