Tierklinik Zweibrücken - Dr. Liana Meisel-Gehl

We took our good girl Cali to the ER here. Unfortunately, she didn't make it. We could have not asked for a better place for her to be at in her final moments. The staff did everything they could for her but she was too sick. Not only is the staff competent, they are good people that helped me and my wife through the difficult moment. I can't thank them enough for everything they did on this day. Thank you.

We are Americans living near Zweibrucken and had an emergency with our dog on a Sunday afternoon. Panicked and unsure what would be open, we found this veterinarian. They took great care of our pup and even requested two follow up visits just to make sure everything was really ok-- we were not charged for the follow up visits. Our pup was very sick and had to spend the night, get an X ray, and several medications, something that would easily have cost us $700-800 in the U.S. for after-hours on a Sunday. We ended up paying around 300Euros after everything was over. We have since been back for our dogs' regular vaccinations and any other concerns we have!

Our go-to veterinarian for several years now and, even after moving a little further away, we are happy to make the drive due to their stellar service. The staff’s friendly approach and clear love for animals makes the vet trips a pleasant experience for us and our cat. From our perspective the prices are very reasonable (having paid vet bills by comparison in other countries which are far more expensive!). Keep doing what you’re doing guys! :)

A truly wonderful team. My rabbit had to be brought in late one evening due to an emergency. After a brief chat, I was able to come right away and was seen quickly. The vet examined my rabbit thoroughly and, given its condition, didn't leave many options. Unfortunately, the rabbit had to be euthanized. She and the team handled it wonderfully; they gave me time to say goodbye. Thank you!
