We took our dog to the clinic today because of suspected uterine infection and felt completely at ease from the very first moment. The entire team was incredibly friendly, calm, and caring – both to our dog and to us. Despite their completely full schedule, they were able to squeeze us in because of the suspected emergency – we truly appreciate that. Dr. Meisel-Gehl took an enormous amount of time and explained all the examinations (blood work, ultrasound, urine and glucose tests, etc.) clearly and transparently. We especially appreciated that everything was thoroughly discussed – including specific questions about her diet and possible triggers – without any rush or hasty conclusions. You can immediately tell: a wealth of experience, high level of expertise, and at the same time, a very humane approach. This helped us tremendously in a stressful situation. Many thanks to Dr. Meisel-Gehl and the entire team – we would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the clinic!

Our gratitude to the veterinary clinic is immense. Our two dogs literally owe their lives to Dr. Meißel-Gehl and his team. In moments of fear and worry, they acted quickly, decisively, and with the utmost competence – and that made all the difference. We also came here for several "minor" emergencies when our regular vet was closed. Each time, we were taken seriously, cared for with empathy, and received top-notch medical treatment. We would especially like to commend Dr. Fluck. Whether in the middle of the night or in absolutely life-threatening situations, she maintains an admirable calm, exudes confidence, and acts clearly and decisively. Her expertise is impressive, and we are deeply grateful that she also emphasized important treatments when necessary. It was precisely this clarity and professionalism that saved our dogs' lives more than once. In the most difficult moments of our lives with our dogs, we felt supported and cared for here.
